Mr. R. Siva Kumar the founder promoter of M/s.ZETATEK INDUSTRIES LIMITED has done his graduation in Engineering in Electronics and Communication from JNTU in 1982. Prior to starting Zetatek, Mr. R. Siva Kumar worked as Technical Manager in M/s. Kasinath & Co., which is a 25 - year old Company who has been a leading manufacturer of Environmental Test Chambers in India. They supplied over 60 indigenously manufactured Chambers. They have also supplyed to  DRDO, Space and electronic industry. Mr. R. Siva Kumar was involved in many state of the art installations and commissioning of test facilities like chamber, vibration systems and laser equipment.s etc.

Mrs. R. Rama Devi has done Masters in Engineering from JNTU in Advanced Electronics.

However his zeal led him to found and promote Zetatek; an Indian company dedicated to Manufacture, Marketing and Servicing of cutting edge of Defence related Test equipments and accessories. The Company was converted into Zetatek Industries Ltd.

Mr. R. Ravi Kumar has joined as Director in 1995. He has done Masters from Osmania University in 1985 and before joining the organization he worked as Area Manager Marketing in Glaxo Ltd, a leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Company in India.
